Mr. Ravi Kumar Pandey is a highly accomplished and result-driven Information Technology professional with over 18 years of comprehensive industry experience, including more than 13 years of dedicated service in System Administration and Advanced IT Infrastructure Management at NUSRL, Ranchi. He specializes in project management, information systems security, enterprise-grade network design, database administration, and continuous technical support.

Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across the university ecosystem. Beyond traditional IT operations, he is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development, possessing specialized certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security from premier institutions such as IISc Bengaluru, IIT Madras, Microsoft, and the Government of India.

• Network & Security Management: Expert in deploying, managing, and maintaining large-scale university networks (Railtel, Sify, BSNL, Jio), firewall systems, server administration, and robust Wi-Fi connectivity across academic blocks, libraries, auditoriums, and hostels.
• Enterprise Infrastructure Operations: Centralized management of campus-wide IT systems, including extensive LAN configurations (600+ nodes), smart classrooms, interactive panels, and modern audio-visual (AV) automation.

Since joining the university in July 2013, Mr. Pandey has successfully shouldered numerous administrative and technical roles mandated by the institution:

• Assistant System Administrator (IT): Managing full-scale technical operations, website management, hardware-software lifecycle, and security protocols.
• Administrative Assistance: Entrusted with overseeing critical campus infrastructure, including Systems, Campus Networks, Wi-Fi, centralized CCTV surveillance, University Publications, and the Gandhi Peace Centre.
• Committee Achievements: Active contributor as a Member of the University IT Committee (2014 & 2023), Admission Committee (2023), and the Stock Review & Verification Committee (2024).
• Institutional Support & Secretarial Assistance: Appointed as Secretarial Assistance in the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and actively contributed to various National Moot Courts and Capacity Building Programmes organized by the university.
