About Shreemanshu Kumar Dash

Shreemanshu Kumar Dash is an Assistant Professor of Law at National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. He completed hisB.A, M.A, LL.B & LL.M. from Sambalpur University, Odisha wherefrom he completed his Ph.D. in 2019. He cleared UGC/NET in the year 2013. He has a teaching experience over fifteen years. He has participated in several national and international Seminars, Workshops, Orientation Programmes and Faculty Development Programmes. He has published twenty Research Papers so far in International Law Journals; authored two books namely,‘Rudiments of Commercial Law’ and ‘Continuing Mandamus in India: Commendable or Condemnable’; contributed Book Chapters; presented papers in various National and international Seminars; contributed on several occasions as Guest Lecturer and Resource Person. He is Editorial Board Member of two International Law Journals; Member of Board of Study of three Universities; Member of State-Level Monitoring Committee (Police Reforms), Jharkhand; Member in the inspection team for visiting the boys hostel, Member of disciplinary committee and Member of the Centre for Research in Alternative Dispute Resolution, NUSRL, Ranchi.His areas of interest are Criminal Law and Business Law. He is a pro when it comes to Pro Bono Lawyering.

About Shubham Srivastava

Prof. Shubham specialises in criminal laws. He obtained his Master’s degree in Law from NALSAR, University of Law. He qualified NET and JRF in 2015 and thereafter joined School of Law, UPES, Dehradun as Assistant Professor of Law. He Joined NUSRL in 2018. He has several books and articles to his credit. He is regularly invited to deliver guest sessions on criminal laws at various departments across Jharkhand.

About Dr. Shweta Mohan

Dr. Shweta Mohan is an Assistant Professor (Economics) in National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, since 2010. She has served as Acting Vice-Chancellor of National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi from September, 2013 to February, 2014. She has also completed major project sponsored by the World Bank on “Land Governance Assessment Framework (LGAF)”  She has extensively researched on Law and Economics. She has completed her Doctoral Research from Chanakya National Law University, Patna. Courses taught by her are Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian economics, and international economics, Public Policy, Research Methodology, Social and Legal Theories, Banking and Insurance.

About Soni Bhola

Ms. Bhola has been working as an Assistant Professor of Law, and has dedicated around 5 years teaching undergraduate as well as postgraduate students. She has offered wide range of courses on areas including General Principles of Contract, Special Contracts and a range of Honours courses on Criminal Law.

Beyond her teaching responsibilities, she is also actively involved in administrative roles at the university, serving as the Warden for the Girls Hostel, Chairperson Moot Court Committee, Member Internship Committee, Member, Anti-Ragging Committee among others.
